   11                         'twander' LICENSE AGREEMENT

   14 1) DEFINITIONS

   16 Throughout this Agreement the term 'twander' is used to mean:

   18 Anything included in the 'twander' software distribution package from
   19 TundraWare Inc.  This includes scripts, programs, documentation,
   20 license text and all other files provided in that original software
   21 distribution package.

   23 Throughout this Agreement, the term "User" is used to mean any person
   24 who is enagaged in any of the following activities:

   26    a) Uses any files found in the 'twander' software distribution
   27       in any way.

   29    b) Reads the 'twander' documentation.

   31    c) Reads or studies the 'twander' program source code or
   32       supporting files.
   33 
   34    d) Makes use of any part of the 'twander' software distribution
   35       for any purpose.

   37    e) Duplicates and/or distributes the 'twander' software distribution.

   40 2) OWNERSHIP

   42 'twander' Is Copyright (c) 2002-2009 TundraWare Inc. All Rights Reserved.

   45 3) TERMS

   47 Permission is hereby granted to the User for the duplication and use
   48 of 'twander' so long as ALL the following conditions are met:

   50     a) There is no license fee for use of 'twander', whether personal
   51        or commercial.  Voluntary donations are gladly accepted,
   52        however.

   54     b) The User of 'twander' understands and agrees that this is
   55        EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE which is provided "AS-IS" with no
   56        warranties expressed or implied by TundraWare Inc.

   58     c) The User acknowledges 'twander' has NOT been tested for:

   60        i)   Correct operation 
   61 
   62        ii)  Freedom from unintended consequences
   63 
   64        iii) Any operation or condition which might cause damage,
   65             compromise, or disruption to the User's or other:
   66             hardware, software, networks, or data, or which might
   67             cause any breach of system security of such systems,
   68             software, and networks.

   70      d) By using 'twander' in any way, the User does so at their
   71         own risk and agrees to hold TundraWare Inc.  harmless for any
   72         damage, direct or indirect, that this software may or does
   73         cause to the User's computational environment, including, but
   74         not limited to, the User's or others' hardware, software,
   75         network, or data.  THE USER FURTHER AGREES TO HOLD TUNDRAWARE
   76         INC. HARMLESS FOR ANY ECONOMIC DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER ADVERSE
   77         CONSEQUENCE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CAUSED BY THE USE OF
   78         'twander'.

   80      e) If duplicated and/or distributed, no fee beyond reasonable
   81         duplication charges may be charged for 'twander'.  No
   82         commercial use of 'twander' which involves any
   83         remuneration beyond these duplication charges is permitted.

   85      f) Any distributed copies of 'twander' must include all the
   86         originally provided software, documentation, and licensing
   87         information in their original distribution format and
   88         packaging without any modifications.

   90 By using any part or all of 'twander', you are agreeing to be
   91 bound by this license.

   93 IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, OR CANNOT ABIDE BY ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS,
