   11                         'tren' LICENSE AGREEMENT

   14 1) DEFINITIONS

   16 Throughout this Agreement, the term 'tren' is used to mean:

   18 Anything included in the 'tren' software distribution package
   19 from TundraWare Inc.  This includes scripts, programs, documentation,
   20 license text and all other files provided in that original software
   21 distribution package.

   23 Throughout this Agreement the term "User" is used to mean any person
   24 who is enagaged in any of the following activities:

   26    a) Uses any files found in the 'tren' software distribution
   27       in any way.

   29    b) Reads the 'tren' documentation.

   31    c) Reads or studies the 'tren' program source code or
   32       supporting files.
   33 
   34    d) Makes use of any part of the 'tren' software distribution
   35       for any purpose.

   37    e) Duplicates and/or distributes the 'tren' software distribution.

   40 2) OWNERSHIP

   42 'tren' Is Copyright (c) 2010 TundraWare Inc. All Rights Reserved.

   45 3) TERMS

   47 Permission is hereby granted to the User for the duplication and use
   48 of 'tren' so long as ALL the following conditions are met:

   50     a) There is no license fee for any use of 'tren', whether
   51        personal, commercial, or institutional, so long as all
   52        the other terms in this license agreement are followed.

   54        A voluntary contribution of $5 for each user of 'tren' is
   55        encouraged and appreciated.  Larger contributions will not be
   56        rejected :) Information on how to contribute can be obtained by

   61     b) The User of 'tren' understands and agrees that this is
   62        EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE which is provided "AS-IS" with no
   63        warranties expressed or implied by TundraWare Inc.

   65     c) The User acknowledges 'tren' has NOT been tested for:

   67        i)   Correct operation 
   68 
   69        ii)  Freedom from unintended consequences
   70 
   71        iii) Any operation or condition which might cause damage,
   72             compromise, or disruption to the User's or other:
   73             hardware, software, networks, or data, or which might
   74             cause any breach of system security of such systems,
   75             software, and networks.

   77      d) By using 'tren' in any way, the User does so at their
   78         own risk and agrees to hold TundraWare Inc.  harmless for any
   79         damage, direct or indirect, that this software may or does
   80         cause to the User's computational environment, including, but
   81         not limited to, the User's or others' hardware, software,
   82         network, or data.  THE USER FURTHER AGREES TO HOLD TUNDRAWARE
   83         INC. HARMLESS FOR ANY ECONOMIC DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER ADVERSE
   84         CONSEQUENCE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CAUSED BY THE USE OF
   85         'tren'.

   87      e) If duplicated and/or distributed, no fee beyond reasonable
   88         duplication charges may be charged for 'tren'.  No
   89         commercial use of 'tren' which involves any
   90         remuneration beyond these duplication charges is permitted.

   92      f) Any distributed copies of 'tren' must include all the
   93         originally provided software, documentation, and licensing
   94         information in their original distribution format and
   95         packaging without any modifications.

   97 By using any part or all of 'tren', you are agreeing to be
   98 bound by this license.
