mod-install.sh:

this script will attempt to install all the required perl modules
for pacpl.  For some it may be necessary to actually start the CPAN shell:

perl -MCPAN -e 'shell' (or just 'cpan')

and from there type: install Module::Name

mod-install-debian.sh

Same as above except it uses apt-get to install the distro based packages
for debian based operating systems.

The script will attempt ot install Ogg::Vorbis::Header manually.
