    3 This is a development version of Zebedee.  Not all features
    4 have been thoroughly tested and may not work correctly. They

    8 Please note that the checksumming protocol in this version
    9 is *incompatible* with that in version 2.5.1. This has been
   10 caused by a fix for cross-platform interoperability. As a
   11 temporary measure, you can set the "bugcompatibility"
   12 keyword to "251" to revert to the previous version. This
   13 will not (and has never) worked between systems with
   14 different byte ordering. The "bugcompatibility" keyword will
   15 be removed from the next version.
