Security patchs

A bug has been found  that may allow parties to run code.
Users of versions of Faq Administrator older than 3.0 are stongly advised to 
update there files. see update.txt for further information!

Improvements to search module that will give more accurate results based on 
"Questions" asked, and "Replies" made.

Next/Prev links have been made more reliable.

Data storage and linking have been improved, to provide less chance of data erorrs,
and to provide better compatability with future updates.

A setup script has been included that will build the needed databases, tables, and populate
the administration database with the required structures and data.

[setup/index.php, index.html, or setup.php can be used]

Errors with posts including " ' " didn't post *Fixed

Issues were reported of 'posters' linking porn or dis-tasteful images *Fixed
While this issue has been resolved, persons "wanting" this feature can disable the fix.

Annoyance patch: Changes have been made that will prevent users from using the back
button to flood your forum with questions, or responces.

Minor fixes in table structure which fixes a issue with qestions being displayed in 
incorrect order.

Email notifications of replies will now provided the necessary link
paremeters, to send the reader to the proper forum.

Display of counts for messages and replies for each forum, listed on
"index.php"

A few typo's found and changed in the Readme [never write a readme file at 4am]

Max record stop added to create a link for "next messages" when the list hits
21. This will come in handy for busy forums ;)

Support for mutiple forums and administration page for addition and deletion of forums
has been added.

Search has been added. This feature will search replies for a specific keyword.
This feature is still under development, and may not work properly.
