   15 <p>A number of algorithms search for a target color. By default the
   16 color must be exact. Use this option to match colors that are close
   17 to the target color in RGB space. For example, suppose you want to
   18 automatically change the background color of an image but it was
   19 scanned. The target color may differ by a small amount in each
   20 background pixel. This option can account for these differences.
   21 Begin with small values and gradually increase the fuzz until you
   22 achieve the desired effect.</p>
