* --filter only run jobs where the filter is true. The filter can contain replac
ement strings and Perl code such as: '{1} < {2}+1'
* --template takes a text file as a template with replacement strings. Then it r
eplaces the replacement strings and saves it under a new filename.
* --plus implements {0%} {0#} replacement string for zero padded slot and sequen
ce.
* Warn that you probably mean -d '\r\n' if the first 3 values end in \r\n (DOS n
ewline).
* {= perlexpression =} must return the same value, if run twice on the same inpu
t.
* Man pages available as .rst-format.
