sa-update v3.2.3.3

This console utility updates the spam-detecting rules for SpamAssassin
for Win32 (or SAproxy).


INSTALLATION
============


Place the content of this archive in the folder where SpamAssassin for Win32
(or SAproxy) is installed.

If you would like to check integrity of the package with GnuPG, you should
dowload the precompiled version from http://www.gnupg.org/(en)/download/index.html
and then place gpg.exe into the same folder or in the PATH (such as C:\Windows).


USAGE
=====


Open the Command Prompt window. Change directory to the folder where
sa-update.exe is located (it needs to be executed from the local folder). Unless
you have gpg.exe in the local folder or in the PATH, run

  sa-update.exe --nogpg

This will download the updated rules into "share" subfolder.

Q: How often should I download the rules with sa-update?

A: Probably not as frequently as you download new virus definitions for
your anti-virus. See
