Flush CDDB Cache

Selecting this button will cause the CDDB local cachestore
to be flushed.  The result is to force the next query of a
CD title to connect to the CDDB server, rather than to load
from the local cache.

This is useful if you believe that the locally-cached disc
information data is out-of-date.

The Flush function is only available if CDDB access is
enabled.
