Music Genre Selector Menus

There are two sets of two menus that lets you
define the music genre of the album. "Genre 1"
is the primary genre of the album, and "Genre 2"
is the secondary genre. Many albums span more
than a single genre and this provides a way to
indicate that.

Moreover, each of these has a "main genre" (left
side of the arrow) and a "sub-genre" (right side
of the arrow). This allows you to select a general
genre and a more specific sub-genre.

When running with the CDDBČ service, the list of
genres is downloaded from the CDDB server. Hence,
if you do not have CDDBČ service enabled, or if xmcd
cannot establish a successful CD information download
from CDDBČ, there may not be any genres available in
the menus (except "None").

With the "classic" CDDB service, the list of genres
is fixed locally in the CDDB library, and are limited
to those that are supported by "classic" CDDB.
