Role Selector

This menu is used to select the role to be used with
the credit.  The roles available in this menu is
determined by the role category, which is selected
via the Role Category selector.

When running with the CDDB² service, the list of roles
is downloaded from the CDDB server.  Hence, if you do
not have CDDB² service enabled, or if xmcd cannot
establish a successful CD information download from
CDDB², there may not be any roles available in the menu
(except "None").

With the "classic" CDDB service, the list of roles are
fixed locally in the CDDB library.
