Role Category Selector

This menu is used to select the "category" of roles
to be used with the credit.  Selecting a category
here will cause the menu entries in the adjacent
Role selector to change to contain the role selections
for the category.

When running with the CDDB² service, the list of role
categories is downloaded from the CDDB server.  Hence,
if you do not have CDDB² service enabled, or if xmcd
cannot establish a successful CD information download
from CDDB², there may not be any roles available in the
menu (except "None").

With the "classic" CDDB service, the list of role
categories are fixed locally in the CDDB library.
