Add button

After defining a new credit, you may select this
button to add the credit to the list of credits.

To define a credit, you must select a role using the
Role Category and Role selector menus, and then enter
a contributor's name by clicking the "Change..." button
(the Full Name wizard will appear that lets you enter
the name).  Optionally, you may also enter notes
related to the credit in the Notes field.
